OK, this isn’t exactly MBA related, but since I’ve got a bunch of JD/MBA friends I thought I’d plug the Tulane University’s Corporate Law Institute’s annual legal M&A extravaganza!
This is really a big deal: the NY Times is liveblogging it, CNBC’s David Faber is supposedly running around, and Vice Chancellor Leo E. Strine Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery is here. You know him (of course) because his all-important decisions often shape the M&A landscape.
Here’s more info. Of course, I maintain that without MBA’s, the JD service economy would cease to exist. And no, it’s not a two-way street
