6) Concentrations - What’s yours? I would, optimally, like to participate in the Burkenroad Reports program, as I see this to be the most fitting for what I anticipate doing post-graduation. Does the Burkenroad Reports program feed into private equity companies? Investment banks?

Answer!

I was going to concentrate in Finance, but then there were a couple of electives I just had to take. I opted out of “options” and “fixed income analytics” and into “venture capital and private equity” and “cases in real estate.” They were being taught by people I consider to be esteemed and that was important to me. I missed out on the concentration. Soooo… It really depends on what you’re going for. Burkenroad is certainly available. You can take it both years if you want to. Ricchiuti, as I mentioned above, runs that program. It is totally amazing from what I hear. You have to be selected, so remember to go by his office and have a nice chat before selections are made.
